Quality and genuine ingredients

Biotin – Biotin is one the most important vitamins for pretty, healthy and glowing hair, skin, and strong nails. It contributes to keeping your hair and skin healthy. It contributes to nervous system functionality and to macro-nutrient metabolism. Signs of biotin deficiency include hair loss and brittle nails. Taking biotin supports keratin production, a complex protein built from our hair, skin and nails. Keratin is a basic protein that improve the condition of your nails, hair and skin, while biotin improves the keratin structure. You can find it in cauliflower, mushrooms and oats.

Vitamin B12 – Vitamin B12 is important for the unaffected process of multiple digestive reactions. It contributes to fatty acids and amino-acids metabolism, DNA and protein synthesis, and also helps with folic acid metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to nervous system functionality which lowers tiredness and fatigue and red blood cell production which helps supply oxygen to the scalp, subsequently promoting hair growth. Vitamin B12 can be found in sauerkraut in very small quantities, which is why it is recommended to take it in supplement form.

Folic acid – It contributes to amino-acid synthesis, immune system functionality and has a role in cell division. Folic acid contributes to the production of organic compounds responsible for many bodily functions, such as amino-acids, carnitin, keratin, fats and hormones. Folic acid has a crucial role in cell growth and the process of cell division and re-generation. It is recommended to take folic acid with vitamin B12. Folic acid can be found mainly in wheat sprouts and leafy vegetables.

Vitamin D3 (vegan) – Vitamin D3, also known as the ‘sunshine vitamin’, is crucial in the proper growth, development and maintenance of health throughout one’s entire life. Contributes to immune system functionality. Vitamin D3 is collected in skin under the influence of sun rays, although one needs to be in the sun for at least 10-30 minutes daily in order for D3 to start developing.

Vitamin E – Vitamin E is the body’s main antioxidant and can help slow down ageing. It also plays a role in protecting cells against oxidative stress. It can be found in vegetable oils and nuts like peanuts or pine nuts.

Vitamin A –  Vitamin A maintains healthy skin and plays an important role in ensuring good vision, as well as immune system, cell, and tissue development. It can be found in carrots, spinach, bell peppers and broccoli.

Zinc – Zinc is a very important mineral for our bodies and it is responsible for over 300 enzyme tasks. Zinc is present in every single tissue, organ, and fluid in our bodies. It is crucial for the activation of multiple genes and acts as a co-factor in diverse enzyme reactions. Zinc contributes to maintaining healthy hair, nails and skin. Zinc can be found in plant food sources like beans and buckwheat.

Vitamin B6 – Vitamin B6 is needed for blood and immune system improvement and normal protein metabolism. It is involved in over 100 body processes, with its main functions in amino-acids metabolism, hormonal balances and several other processes. It can be found in string beans, lentils, potatoes, bananas and nuts.

Riboflavin (Vit. B2) – Riboflavin contributes to healthy skin maintenance, cell protection against oxidative stress, and good nervous system, eyesight and skin functioning. No food contains enough vitamin B2 for human daily needs, traces of it can be found in cereals, green lettuce and spinach, which is why the riboflavin deficiency is not rare.

Vitamin C – Our bodies are not capable of producing vitamin C on its own, which is why we need to regularly consume it through the right foods and supplements. It plays a role in producing collagen for normal skin function and immune system improvement. Vitamin C can be found in cabbage, spinach, citrus, kiwi, bell peppers, black currant, tomatoes and bananas.

Coconut oil – Coconut oil is used for hair care and is known to be an excellent scalp re-generator. Regular use helps improve nail, skin and hair texture.
